Toda documentación no reclamada en el termino de 30 días después de la terminación del servicio proporcionada, será destruida.

Las partes o sujetos intervinientes directa o indirectamente en la prestación del servicio solicitado, estarán obligados aceptando y manifestando su conformidad a realizar el intercambio de la información solicitada a través de medios electrónicos, para la solicitud de entrega de toda clase de documentación publica y/o privada que tengan en su poder o no al momento que esta sea requerida y se obligan a dar respuesta para la entrega y recepción de dicha documentación, dentro de los términos y plazos solicitados y/o establecidos. Dichas notificaciones electrónicas, producirán los mismos efectos legales probatorios que las disposiciones aplicables les otorguen a éstos, siendo consideradas como pruebas la información contenida en los medios electrónicos, ópticos, magnéticos ópticos o de cualquier otra nueva o tecnología existente.
De no obtener respuesta alguna subsanando u otorgado lo solicitado a nuestros clientes en tiempo y forma inmediata/urgente (12hrs), no podremos garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas que nos son fijadas por autoridades o particulares en los tiempos y plazos otorgados, pudiendo afectar irreparablemente el proceso o procedimiento contraído.
DE LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO SOLICITADO A REALIZAR POR CUALQUIER MIEMBRO DE NUESTRAS DIVISIONES:
El servicio solicitados por el cliente y sus partes intervinientes a realizar por alguna de nuestras divisiones o sus miembros, no garantiza obtener un resultado conforme a las expectativas solicitadas, lo anterior debido a que son los poderes competentes (EJECUTIVO, LEGISLATIVO Y JUDICIAL) los encargado en resolver las controversias conforme a derecho fundando y motivando su actuación.
